Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included with direct phone, personal or e‑mail bookings. Conditions may differ when booking through external portals depending on the specific offer.

Is parking available?

Parking by the guesthouse with a camera system is available subject to current capacity. A parking space cannot be reserved, so we recommend checking parking when booking or before arrival.

Is there an elevator?

No. The guesthouse has no elevator and the floors are accessed by a spiral staircase. If you have reduced mobility or heavy luggage, please mention it when booking.

Do rooms have a private bathroom?

Yes, all rooms and apartments have a private bathroom with WC. Some bathrooms have a shower, while selected rooms or the apartment have a bathtub.

Do rooms have a balcony?

Yes, all rooms on the first floor have balconies. The first-floor apartment has two balconies – one facing the street and one facing the garden. The single room and a double room on the second floor also have balconies. We will be happy to confirm balcony availability for your selected room when booking.

Which rooms are air-conditioned?

All rooms on the second floor are air-conditioned, including the single room with balcony, a double room with balcony, double rooms with double bed and the apartment with shower and air conditioning.

Is an extra bed possible?

An extra bed is possible in selected double rooms and apartments subject to availability. Please mention the number of guests and whether you need an extra bed in your enquiry.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are possible only by prior agreement. Please mention this when booking so we can confirm current conditions and any applicable fee.

Where is the guesthouse located?

Penzión Magnólia is located at Opatovská 805 in Trenčín, in the quiet Sihoť area. The town centre is a few minutes by car or about 20–25 minutes on foot.

Is the guesthouse suitable for business trips?

Yes, the guesthouse is suitable for business stays. Guests have Wi‑Fi, breakfast, practical rooms with private bathrooms and good access to the town and main roads.

Are sports venues nearby?

Yes, nearby you will find Pavol Demitra Ice Stadium, Marián Gáborík Arena, the football stadium, tennis courts and other sports venues in Trenčín.
