Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern reservation and accommodation services provided by Penzión Magnólia.

2. Reservation and conclusion of contract
Reservations can be made by phone, email or through third-party booking platforms. The contract is concluded only once the reservation has been confirmed by the provider. Until confirmation, the request is considered non-binding unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
3. Prices and payment terms
Prices published on the website are indicative and show the basic rates for the individual room types. The final price depends on the date, number of guests, length of stay and any additional services. If a local accommodation tax applies, it is charged separately according to the currently effective regulation of the City of Trenčín.
The provider may require advance payment, a deposit or another reservation guarantee. The payment method and due date will be specified when the reservation is confirmed.
4. Arrival and departure
Standard check-in is between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM and standard check-out is by 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise individually.
5. Changes and cancellation
The rules for changing or cancelling a reservation are governed by the conditions agreed for the specific booking. If the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, the conditions stated on that platform for the given booking prevail. If the reservation was confirmed directly by email or phone, the cancellation terms communicated at confirmation apply.
For accommodation services provided on a specific date or within a specific period, consumers generally do not have the statutory 14-day withdrawal right without giving a reason; cancellations are therefore governed by the agreed cancellation policy.
6. Guest rights and obligations
- The guest must provide truthful reservation information and duly pay the agreed price.
- The guest must comply with house rules, safety rules and staff instructions.
- The guest is liable for damage caused to the provider’s property or to third parties.
7. Provider liability
The provider is liable for supplying the ordered services in the agreed scope. Liability for valuables, money and other items brought by the guest is governed by the applicable legal rules.
8. Complaints
The guest should report any defect or service issue without undue delay, ideally during the stay, so that corrective action can be taken. The detailed procedure is available in the Complaint procedure.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
If a consumer is dissatisfied with the way a complaint was handled or believes that their rights were violated, they may submit a request for alternative dispute resolution. The general ADR entity in Slovakia is the Slovak Trade Inspection, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava 27, website: soi.sk.
10. Personal data protection
Information on personal data processing is available on the Privacy policy page.
11. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic and take effect on 18 March 2026.
